节目素材使用授权 Authorization for Use of Personal Content
如报名者被选中参与节目，报名者同意节目组及其授权合作方可使用其肖像、姓名、声音、文字、照片及相关资料，用于节目的制作、播出、宣传、社交媒体推广及商业用途，且无需额外支付报酬。
